The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a federally-funded program of revenues distributed to qualifying communities throughout the nation.
The CDBG Citizens' Advisory Committee was established to provide a focal point for citizen participation in developing the annual CDBG budget. As an advisory body to Council, they are responsible for developing long-range concepts for the use of federal grant funds. The Committee also reviews and makes recommendations on grant proposals and related matters.
The Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 12 noon.
The CDBG Citizens' Advisory Committee is made up of seven residents of the Borough, appointed by Council.
