Reorganization
On occasion, it is
necessary for the Authorities Board to execute legal documents; therefore, it
will be necessary to have the members reorganize by electing a Chair, Vice-Chair,
and Secretary/Treasurer of the Authority.

Take Action to
Approve a Resolution to Extend the Life of the Parking Authority
The life of the Parking
Authority is due to expire next week. The Board is asked to extend the life of
the Authority for an additional 50 years, ending on December 31, 31, 2055, by
approving the attached Resolution.

Take Action to
Approve a Resolution to Extend the Life of the Sewer Authority
The life of the Sewer
Authority is also due to expire next week. The Board is asked to extend the
life of the Authority for an additional 50 years, ending on December 31, 2055,
by approving the attached Resolution.
