Information
The Borough’s Public Works Department serves all residential and commercial properties in the municipality. Use of the service is mandatory and is the only legal means of disposing of refuse in the Borough.

New Refuse & Organics Recycling Program
The Borough has implemented a food scrap and yard trimming recycling program throughout the Borough for it's residential accounts. The new collection system uses Borough provided carts for refuse and organics collection.

Participation in the organics program is encouraged, but not mandatory.

For more information on the organics recycling program watch our video, The Next Step: Organics Recycling, which shows how we get from curb to compost.

For more information, check out our Resources page to access organics recycling documents online.
