Missing Juveniles Investigation Continues    

Qua’Luani ANTHONY	Cheyenne CARMEL

 

The State College Police Department is still investigating a Missing Persons incident involving two juveniles, Qua’Luani ANTHONY, a 17-year-old black female and Cheyenne CARMEL, a 15-year-old white female.  The juveniles fled together from a State College Borough address.  The juveniles have been reported missing since October 4, 2009 and are believed to be still in the Centre Region.

 

Qua’Luani ANTHONY was described as 5’3”, 130 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt.

 

Cheyenne CARMEL was described as 5’7”, 123 pounds, long blonde hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing a maroon and white striped hoodie, red plaid plants and flip-flop shoes.
