On Thursday, December 9, 2010, at approximately 2:30 am, a white male victim was assaulted two different times by two different assailants.  These assaults occurred on the 400 block of East College Avenue in front of Jimmy John’s Restaurant.

The victim was initially assaulted by a college-aged, white male.  The assailant was accompanied by two white males and a white female.  This assailant has not been identified.

The second assault occurred approximately five minutes after the first assault ended.  A black male, who has been identified by the police, was responsible for that assault.
