The 2nd Annual Light Step Right Step Festival- Our Community, Our Water!

On September 28, 2013 the Borough of State College and partner Clearwater Conservancy will be hosting the 2nd annual Light Step, Right Step Festival in downtown State College.

This year’s festival theme is Our Community, Our Water and will be focused on water resource protection, conservation, and best management practices. The festival will include a rain barrel workshop funded through a grant from the Water Resources Education Network as well as exhibitors related to water resource conservation and environmental sustainability, presentations and workshops, children’s activities, and local music and food.

Connect with community groups at the Festival!  See the full list of participants here.

The 200 block of Allen Street will host booths for community groups, businesses and other organizations that advocate for the conservation, quality and safe use of our community's resources.
