Brush and Yard Waste
To schedule a brush collection complete the online form or call the Public Works Department at 814-234-7135 or 814-234-7140.
· The Borough will pick up your residential brush and yard wastes as part of your refuse service.
· Brush and small limbs must be bundled and securely tied in lengths not exceeding four foot.
· Hedge clippings and loose yard waste should be in containers.
· Yard wastes should be placed at the curb on your regular collection day.
· Brush is chipped and recycled or handled as normal household trash depending on the size of the material.
· If your yard waste is to be chipped, it will be collected on Wednesday by appointment.
· There is no brush collection in a week which has a holiday. |
