General DUI Information
General D.U.I. Information
This one-hour presentation is designed to provide the audience with an overview of the D.U.I. law under title 75 of the PA. Vehicle Code. The presenter will cover the probable cause used to make a D.U.I. arrest, blood testing (the mandatory method in Centre County to determine blood alcohol content in a person’s blood), the court process, A.R.D. (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition), and 2nd and 3rd offense D.U.I. violations. We also discuss what happens when a defendant refuses to submit to a blood test regarding driver's license suspension and proving D.U.I.
