Municipal Building Vandalism      

State College Police are investigating a vandalism incident at the Municipal Building that occurred at 4:31 am on Friday, February 26, 2010.  Surveillance cameras captured video of a white male wearing a dark jacket over a light-colored hoodie sweatshirt, punching the flat-panel screen mounted in the lobby.
