Nuisance Property Report (NPR)

The Nuisance Property Report is a system that was implemented to identify and resolve neighborhood nuisance problems arising from repeated violations of state laws and local ordinances for rental properties. The NPR assesses property point(s) to a specific property based on the nature of the violation(s) as indicated below, which may be enforced by the SC Borough Police Officers, SC Borough Ordinance Officers and/or Centre Region Code Administration, Building Safety & Property Maintenance Code Inspectors.

View Points Assigned & Pending

There are two files available for viewing points issued to properties in the State College Borough. The following files will be updated by the close of business each Wednesday:

Complete Points Issued Listing (PDF) - This file contains the full listing of both pending and assigned points issued to all properties in the past 12 months.
Weekly Points Issued Listing (PDF) - This file displays points pending and assigned to properties in the week prior to the posting date of the file.
