                                      Post-Game Penn State v. Ohio State Riot Arrests
The State College Police have filed charges at District Judge Carmine Prestia’s office on the following individuals who participated in the October 22, 2016 Riot:

  3. Jacob Pfaff (18) PSU student-Riot (Felony) Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor) Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor) Criminal Mischief (Misdemeanor) Minors Law (Summary)
  4. Evan Paris (21) PSU student- Riot (Felony) Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor)
  5. Robert Mclaren (19) PSU student-Riot (Felony) Criminal Mischief (Misdemeanor) Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor)
  6. Brandon Miller (20) PSU student-Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor) Criminal Mischief (Summary)
  7. Jacob Miller (22)-Failure to Disperse (Misdemeanor) Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor)
  8. Pietro Lombardi (25) Failure to Disperse (Misdemeanor) Disorderly Conduct (Misdemeanor)

All defendants who are current Penn State students will also be referred to Penn State University’s Office of Student Conduct for further disciplinary action. The Office of Student Conduct will engage its conduct process to hold students accountable for the behaviors identified that also violate the University’s Code of Conduct. Those found responsible can face sanctions up to and including expulsion from the University.
