Upcoming Public Hearings
Borough Council greatly appreciates public comment from residents, business owners and other interested parties. At each Council meeting, the public can come forward to comment during the Public Hour on issues not addressed in the agenda. In addition to the Public Hour, Borough Council holds public hearings on specific issues as needed.

Feburary Public Hearings:

Other Ways to Engage with the Borough:
State College Borough offers other ways to engage with Council beyond formal public hearings.

What is Engage State College?
Engage State College is an online forum for civic engagement. Read what others are saying about important State College topics, then post your own statement. Borough officials will read the statements and consider them as part of their decision-making processes.

When you post your first statement, you will be asked for your name and home address. This confidential information is only used to identify statements from residents in and near State College - so that users know which statements are from local residents.

Engage State College is run by Peak Democracy, a non-partisan company whose mission is to broaden civic engagement and build public trust in government. They will keep your information confidential per their strict privacy policy.

Borough CouncilAs with any public comment process, participation in Engage State College is voluntary; Borough officials will consider input from this forum along with all other channels for participation. However you choose to participate, thanks for helping us build a better State College.
