Planning Commission Review

The Planning Commission completed its review of the initial draft zoning ordinance on August 26, 2025, which included recommending the ordinance with revisions to Borough Council. Planning Commission is now reviewing the revised draft zoning ordinance and accompanying Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) and are asked to provide recommendations for Council's consideration later this summer.
